    Identify areas in your hands or forearms that need attention. Look for points that feel tight or less mobile—these are key areas to focus on.

    2. Choose Your Grip
    Use the ring while wearing it on your finger for natural positioning, or hold it between your fingers for more precise control.

    3. Apply Gentle, Steady Pressure
    Press the ring’s element into the selected point with controlled pressure. Hold the pressure still rather than moving—this allows the tissues to respond naturally.

    4. Breathe & Hold
    Maintain steady pressure for about 10-20 seconds. Breathe deeply and let your hand relax as the tension gradually eases.
